Registration fees include attendance at all sessions, the opening reception, and coffee breaks. Meals, however, are not included in the registration fees.

The cost of attending the conference banquet is US$70 per person, which can be paid at the time of registration.

All participants are encouraged to register by the Early Registration Deadline of April 10, 2008.
